To gain a greater confidence, it can be a real help the returning to those moments of my life in which others have appreciated my actions and gestures, when it seemed to me that I am not a nobody.
Rather than to succumb to the unpleasant temptation to recall only the bad memories, I should make me remind me of times when I have been successful.
Even if relatives or my friends do not appreciate me how and when I want, I met often different people who have expressed their esteem for me.
Why did we not remember more often these signs of sympathy?
Let’s resort more often to this trick which, from my point of view would help us to find a positive image of ourselves.
